Corporate Xhosa Training
- gateway to Transformation and Diversity Awareness

UBuntu Bridge offers learning tools, classes, workshops and community tours to help adult learners in a corporate or organizational context become comfortable and confident in everyday conversational Xhosa, through a mix of simplified and appropriate grammatical explanations, useful and important vocabulary.

Through fun and engaging Xhosa language and culture classes and innovative learning materials, we enable people to start speaking practical Xhosa from the first lesson, whilst creating a respectful awareness around African and specifically Xhosa culture, which in turn leads to a greater sense of appreciation for their colleagues and fellow citizens, not just Xhosa, but even those learning Xhosa with them.  Please enquire by email for our Transformation Team-building Brochures.

UBuntu Bridge expects to be SETA accredited in July 2012.

UBuntu Bridge is registered as a verified/approved supplier on the Western Cape Supplier Database (WCSD/Trade World), in line with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No. 5 of 2000 (PPPFA).

Teaching Xhosa to Organisations:

Learners in the Corporate Context are often busy and struggle to take up the learning of a language, which takes effort and courage and persistence.  While we prioritise fun and clarity as the best tools for learning, we also have used our experience to create a service that best fits the corporate needs.

The way in which we have structured the modules and learning options for you is designed to negate these problems as is realistically possible and provide you with excellent service:

  • The lessons are perfectly suited to the needs of adult, employed learners, with the materials and the structure giving learners a number of opportunities to catch up if they miss a lesson.
  • Our teachers are fun, inspiring and engaging.
  • Our CDs and manuals are renowned for their simplicity, quality and entertainment value.
  • We can do weekly courses as one hour lessons or offer half-day workshops.
  • We are increasingly investing in our online learning environment and video lessons.
