  3. I want to buy the phrases audio. However, when clicking on the button ‘forgot password’, it does not work, so I cannot pay or login.

    I also wanted to know about the videos on the app, have done course level 3, so I would be interested in videos at level 3 or higher, but not sure what content you have.

      There seems to be some issue with PAYFAST, over the last week.

  5. Hi I ordered the zulu level 2 digital which I paid for. The email confirmation says Xhosa. My account details show zulu. Not sure what I should do. Please assist.Thanks

      Thanks for the message.
      Our website is learnxhosa.co.za, but the product you ordered is learn Zulu level 2.
      The order was cancelled even though payment went through due to a stock holding time limit setting, which I have now removed, and set your order to completed, and regenerated download permissions. Let me know if you receive the download links via email and we will be in touch via email. Siyabonga sisi!

    I also have the same problem as the two above.
    My payment states “pending” although I have paid already and also received an email by PayFast confirming this. I suppose because of this I have not received the materials, yet.
    Would be awesome if you could also send them to me via email again.
